Drink this and sweat alot! I drink this as directed about 45 mins-1 hour before Zumba. I am the kind of person who already naturally sweats A LOT during exercise, so when I got this, I wasn’t expecting to sweat out toxins; I was expecting too pee a lot, that’s all. But the first time I drank this and went to Zumba afterward, I found myself sweating more than I ever have. I mean, the sweat was just popping out and dripping all over me. TMI, perhaps, but this is what happens, and it’s a good feeling. I drink a lot of water all day long, so I just keep this up, and I make sure to replace the water I lose with water after my workout. I am also nursing my 6 mo baby, and he has not had any side effects at all. The ingredients are all healthful, much like drinking the stuff in a smoothie with greens in it. The taste is kind of orangey but looking at something that is green but tastes like orange turns me off, so I just drink it in an opaque plastic cup, so I don’t have to look at it. I don’t mix it in with anything else, I just add 8 oz of water and drink it in one sitting. I would recommend if you want to rid yourself of built of toxins but I think you’d get better results if you drink it before exercise. V.Fox

It Works Better than the Wraps! Well decided to try this product instead of the body wraps because they have the same ingredients but you can use the gel every day. One thing I discovered is that you can use the Defining Gel as a wrap. YES a Wrap on defining gel on belly then apply plastic wrap around it. Wear up to 45 minutes and longer. Way more cheaper then wrap gives great results in two days I lost 3 inches off my waist. Hopefully works on yall. just give it a try. Elaine

Doing wonders for me!!! I ordered this product to use in between when I use the body wraps. I don’t wrap as often as I should (recommended every 72hrs) but when I use this gel it really keeps me toned up especially in my abdomen area. I can’t say this works alone because I do try to eat right more often then less, drink over a gallon of water a day and I work out at least 3x a week so it’s an aide in my weight loss journey. It Really Does Work! First, I’m a REAL customer and a skeptical one at that. Two of my friends swear by itworks products so I thought is try the gel. I love the result so much that I’m on my second tube! It truly does drastically improve the appearance of your skin (bumps and lumps). It does not increase the size, though.
