7 Day Fast Start Bikini Buster Meal & Supplement Plan
Coconut Milk, 1 scoop Profit, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 C fruit (any kind)
2 scoops It Works greens
Any Lean Protein (fish is best)
Green veggies and roasted peppers (as much as you want)
1 C. Cottage Cheese, sprinkle with almonds, cinnamon and stevia
Take all of the It Works supplements according to the meal plan above.
Drink at least 64oz water per day or 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water
Wrap one target area every 3 days , defining gel everyday.
If you are Over 30: take 2 New You before bed and 1 in the morning.
Cook with Olive Oil or Unrefined Coconut Oil
Use Balsamic dressing for salads
Exercise 30 minutes a day
-2 tbsp olive oil
-3 cups low sodium beef broth
-1 cup water
-1 whole green pepper, chopped
-1 whole red pepper chopped
-1 cup mushrooms, sliced
-1 cup celery, chopped
-3 green onions, sliced
-1 tsp minced garlic
-1/2 head chopped cabbage
-2 dashes cayenne pepper
-pepper to taste
Throw in some rosemary if you like 🙂
1. Heat Dutch oven over high heat, and add olive oil and cabbage
2. Add broth and water to Dutch oven, cover and bring to a boil
3. Add vegetables, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender
4. Add green onions and simmer for another minute
